Pasture Raised Broiler Chickens

As of 3/15/13 We still have some frozen whole chickens available on a first come first served basis.

We are now taking pre-orders for the 2013 season, see our "order" page for more pre-ordering information.

For the 2013 season we will have fresh chickens available beginning in mid July through mid September. If you have not made a pre-order please contact us for availability.

Our pasture raised Cornish Rock Cross broiler chickens are moved to new grass daily and are provided with free-choice of our custom milled, non-GMO grain mix. At 8 weeks they average a dressed weight of 5-7 lbs. and are plump, tender, and naturally delicious.

In 2010 our chicken was selected as a "secret ingredient" for a Nickel City Chef challenge. This "challenge" pits two of Buffalo's finest chefs against each other in a 1-hour cook-off with the secret ingredient being revealed at the opening of the hour.
